Coloquialmente "A ver si lo pillas de una vez..."

The stapple food and the mother of all abuses in Spanish as it joins a reference to the mother of the abuse with her presumed condition of prostitute. It is not always used in a literal sense, but it is a very strong abuse. Examples: "¡Hijos de puta! ¡Os voy a cortar los huevos a tajos!" // "Eres un hijo de puta y me cago en tu puta madre, cabrón".

However in many cases it can be used to express admiration or surprise towards the abused. Examples: "Mira el hijo de puta qué gracia tiene." // "¡Hijo de puta! ¡Qué suerte que tienes, cabrón!"
